- 1 frozen banana

- Whey protein

- 2 sticks of Jacobs 3in1 Caramel Latte

- milk - 1 cup

- 2 medjol dates

- 1 tablespoon nut butter

 

To your taste:

- Vanilla extract - 1/4 teaspoon

- Cinnamon
